Hope our first newsletter of 2022 finds you well. We are starting off this year much as we ended the last: unprecedented low levels of inventory and buyers eagerly awaiting new listings in all price and property categories. It will be interesting to see what 2022 holds for San Juan Islands real estate.

2021 Year End Market Numbers
Coldwell Banker San Juan Islands, Inc® continued to broker the largest share of transactions for the 2021 year. We had an incredibly active market with sellers often obtaining multiple offers and many homes selling above list price, much to the chagrin of frustrated buyers.
The median single family home price on San Juan Island increased by almost 2% from $670,000 in 2020 to $681,300 in 2021.
