Peter Anna is an authentic and talented real estate agent. I worked with her to buy a home on San Juan Island. This isn’t my first rodeo and I was intent on checking every item out before purchasing a lovely home. The home I purchased has a well and was remodeled in the past few years. Also, I was looking for a very specific piece of property that parts of the island don’t offer. I asked many, many questions and when I was done, I asked more. Peter Anna answered every single one in a timely, thorough and extremely detailed and professional manner. She also has some terrific contacts, from inspectors to well inspectors and more. At a few points during the process, I requested price adjustments. The situation was a bit complex on the seller side, but Peter Anna successfully brought each request to a positive close. I’m extremely happy with my experience. I’ve interviewed many agents and I’m very picky with who I work with. I am so very happy with my experience and can confidently say she is the best!

Peter Anna Grisel is an outstanding agent! She was very knowledgeable about the location of the house I purchased. She is very detail oriented, prompt to follow up and follow through. Peter Anna presented a time line to follow for inspections, etc. and checked in with me daily with a progress report, just amazing, above and beyond my expectations!! Jane and Peter Anna were excellent to work with! They were responsive whenever we had questions or requests and provided sound guidance when we needed it. We do not live on the island full time so they were incredibly helpful in getting the house ready for showings and with all our subsequent vendor needs in getting the deal closed. There are bad agents and good agents. Peter Anna is a great agent. We have bought and sold a few houses now and have some experience with the purchasing process. Peter Anna was great at communicating, knew county codes, knew when to encourage, and knew when to just let us stew on a decision. She was not afraid to negotiate, and she was our agent, working FOR US from the start, not just working for her paycheck. I don’t plan on moving any time soon, but if I were too, Peter Anna would be my agent again.

Absolutely the GOAT of Real estate. Peter Anna helped me make my first home purchase and was so effective by every single metric. She knew the right people to contact and was so respondent that we were able to purchase the house in less then 4 weeks with all the information we needed to determine if the house a good purchase. I recommend her to anyone that wants to buy property because she knew the ins and out of basically everything and took care of it like she’s the James Bond of Real Estate.
